We are a community that brings together professionals, companies, students, and experts committed to the technological and human development of the steel industry.

Who we are?
We are a nonprofit association composed of businesspeople, professionals, academics, retirees, and students connected to the steel industry, who selflessly contribute their experience and time to support the development of the steel industry.
Since 1995, we have been a chapter of the Association for Iron & Steel Technology (AIST), an international organization that brings together professionals from the iron and steel industry and has more than 18,500 members in over 70 countries.
Through our members and technical committees, we promote the exchange of knowledge, innovation, the training of new professionals, and the strengthening of the steel industry.
