Our Committees

The committees are made up of people working in the steel industry, whether they are producers, processors or suppliers, and the main purpose of the technical meetings they hold is to update and find improvements in their respective areas.

Formed by colleagues working in the steel mill area, who provide support by organizing and conducting technical meetings related to the basic processes of steel production and liquid steel manufacturing, steel refining processes, casting, continuous casting, refractories, among others.
Rolling mill department team, whether for flat or non-flat products, cold or hot rolling; those who support us in organizing technical events related to these topics.
Work team made up of colleagues who work in different steel manufacturing processes, including uses, coatings, cutting, and other topics related to the final finish, uses, and applications of steel; they organize technical meetings related to these topics.
Made up of individuals who focus on the analysis, development, and implementation of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies applied to critical equipment within the steelmaking process. It promotes continuous improvement, operational reliability, and asset management through technical exchanges between plant specialists, suppliers, and industry experts.
A team made up of colleagues who participate in or are responsible for integrating production processes and physical operations with smart digital technology, automation, and big data, creating synergies and organizing events that support the implementation of a more holistic and better-connected ecosystem.
A team of safety and environmental professionals dedicated to organizing initiatives that reduce risks to health and physical integrity, while strengthening a culture of prevention and environmental care. This committee also issues safety alerts.
Made up of people who support the development and promotion of gender equality in the steel industry through initiatives and a support network among employees, companies, families, and organizations. Develop technical and leadership skills in women. Encourage girls' interest in steel and engineering.
