Depending on the selected size, melamine structure, canopy with the exhibitor’s name (30 characters maximum), dual-pole 110-watt outlet, heavy-duty power strips with safety connectors, exhibitor badges, cleaning of the surrounding area (not inside the booth), security service, carpeted space, illuminated booth, participation recognition, your company’s information in the directory and exhibitor panel, digital and print advertising on our social media, Hierro y Acero magazine, and the event website.

If you have a booth design, please send an image of the design for prior approval to the email address: contacto@aistmexico.org.mx, addressed to Joselyn Villalobos. Booths that do not have the proper authorization from the organization may not be set up or remain on the premises.

If you plan to exhibit machinery, heavy equipment, scaffolding, trucks, cranes, or heavy parts, you must send the organizing committee a complete description of the equipment, including dimensions, weight, and technical specifications, at least 50 days before the event so that they can forward this information to Cintermex and obtain written authorization to allow access for setup. Authorized weight limit: 1,500 kg/m².
