Return policies

  • All cancellations must be made in writing and sent
    by e-mail to registro@aistmexico.org.mx.
  • Cancellations up to February 28, 2023 will receive a refund of the payment received.
  • Cancellations from March 1 through March 10, 2023 will be taken as a credit balance for future events.
  • Cancellations received after March 11, 2023 will not
    be processed as they are outside the stipulated time frame.
  • Telephone inquiries will not be accepted as
    refund requests.
  • Yes, the registration fee may be transferable, but you must notify us at registro@aistmexico.org.mx.
